I take a partnership approach with clients, agreeing the outcomes
required and the most appropriate solutions. Companies want to know
that their money is well spent and that they get sufficient return
on their training investment. All training is measured not just at
the close of a training workshop but also the application of the new
skills or behaviours in the workplace. Within this I ensure a return on the investment
made in training by using the existing skills and the new skills
learned are applied to the business environment.
Honesty and integrity is core to how I conduct my business. All
conversations are confidential and feedback during training and
coaching sessions is provided in a straightforward and sensitive
JBCoach materials are regularly updated to reflect current
developments within the field.
